Dan Young grew up in Washington, MO, and has always had an interest in the outdoors and radio. In 1997, he got his first radio job with KLPW in his hometown. His main mission in radio has been to get children involved in the outdoors as much as possible. Dan is on the pro staffs of Matthews Archery, Muzzy Broadheads, Bushnell Optics, and Easy-Crest Arrow Wraps. He was also elected to the Iowa Bowhunters Association board of directors in 2003.
