Donation Requests

The Des Moines Radio Group and all its stations are pleased to support different organizations and fundraising events in the metro and throughout the state by the fulfillment of donation requests. We receive numerous requests each month, and make a determined effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, due to the number of requests, we are unable to accommodate all requests that fit our criteria.

In order for us to process your request, it must meet the following criteria:

  • The organization name and mailing address
  • Chairperson information
  • Date donation is needed
  • Provide a description of the event or program and/or the organization’s objectives and purpose
  • Explain how the donation will be recognized in promotion of the event, at the event and post-event.

All requests must be received at least 30 days prior to when the donation is needed; donation requests received within the 30 days will not be considered. All requests are usually reviewed within 2-3 weeks of receipt. We are unable to approve monetary donation requests.

Please direct all donation requests to:
Rob Lembke
1416 Locust St
Des Moines, IA 50309

Please do not call in regards to the status of your request.

We receive many requests and will process yours as soon as we can prior to the due date. We review all donations at the end of the month. If your donation request is approved, you will be notified by mail or phone and arrangements will be made for pick-up/drop off..

Thank you for considering the Des Moines Radio Group while planning your event.
